It depends. For larger projects, there is usually a deposit of $1,000.00 or 10%. But for smaller ones a client can pay after their work is completed.
Payment for most projects would be after different phases of work progress. Once you examine each phase and our happy with our work, then only at that time will we ask you for a progress payment. The work and payment process with your approval at each phase will continue until the final phase of completed work.

We currently have 6 project managers in the field and our office personnel constantly by the phone to help with any project management concerns at a moments notice. Depending on your particular scope of work, an appropriate experienced Project Manager would be assigned with his crew that is dedicated to your project that will perform all work to it's completion.
Permits are required for all additions, remodels ADU's or garage conversions that will have any structural framing, plumbing, electrical or mechanical work. If any unlicensed person tell you otherwise, that information would not be correct.
